THERAPY
Many people come to therapy with a mix of things: stress at work that spills into relationships, a pattern they keep noticing, a change they didn’t expect. We can start with whatever feels most present and let the rest unfold.
AREAS OF SUPPORT
01
When your mind keeps running through what could go wrong, what you should have said, or which choice is the right one. We can slow the loop down and look at what it is trying to protect.
02
Whether or not you have a diagnosis, you may know the frustration of losing track, starting late, or feeling behind despite trying hard. We can look at how your mind works and what supports actually fit your life.
03
For people who hold themselves to high standards and keep going long after they are running on empty. Therapy can be a place to notice the pressure and question where it comes from.
04
Endings, shifts, repeated patterns, or a relationship that no longer feels the way it used to. We can make sense of what happened and what you want going forward.
05
If saying no brings guilt, or keeping the peace has started to cost you something. We can explore what makes boundaries hard and practise ways of holding them.
06
Questions about who you are, what you value, and how you speak to yourself. There is room here to get to know yourself on your own terms.
07
A new role, a move, a change in direction, or the sense that the old plan no longer fits. Transitions can unsettle even welcome change, and they can also open space to choose.
08
Caring about your family and culture while figuring out which expectations still belong to you. Your background and lived experience are part of the conversation, not a side note.

WHAT SESSIONS LOOK LIKE
Sessions take place by secure video for clients across Ontario. Many people like being able to talk from a familiar space.
I may also be able to work with clients located in other Canadian provinces or territories where my registration and local requirements allow for cross-jurisdictional practice. Please inquire about availability in your location.
